You can choose from a variety of shipping options for your order. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout and based on the following table and the service level you choose:

1. Per pound charges are applied based on the weight of an order rounded up to next full pound.
2. For orders submitted prior to 12:00 PM PST Monday through Friday. Orders submitted after such time will be considered received on the next business day.
3. Express shipping option may take an extra day for more remote addresses.

While most orders will arrive within the established timeframes, some destinations do take longer. As such, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Alaska and Hawaii

Order shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are to additional charges of $10.00 for overnight shipping. Ground shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii customers.

International Orders

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

PO Boxes

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Carriers

We use various shipping carriers including FedEx, DHL and USPS depending on the weight of the order and the destination.

Refused Shipments

Once an order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment it cannot be changed or cancelled. Accordingly, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by a customer or cancelled during transit, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.
